The Center for the Law and Economics of Sport of the University of Limoges (CDES) has announced that the 2024 Olympic Games will generate a net economic benefit of between 6.7 and 11.1 billion euros for the Paris region.

According to Amac News: This academic center said that three million tourists will visit Paris during the games.
The French Tourism Authority has also said that they expect more than three million domestic and foreign tourists to visit the sights of Paris and spend around 2.6 billion euros.
In 2016, CDES conducted a preliminary economic impact study in support of the Paris Games proposal, which estimated the economic benefit at 5.3 to 10.7 billion euros. Three years ago, the Paris economy was estimated at 765 billion euros by the French National Statistics Agency.
The CDES went on to say that the budget for the games is less than 10 billion euros, less than in recent editions, and that at least 2.6 billion euros will come from public funds.
The research office added that 80 percent of the public investment in Saint-Denis, the site of the Olympic Village, will be transformed into 2,800 housing units and two new schools after the Games.
The 2024 Paris Olympics will be held from July 26 to August 11 and the Paris 2024 Paralympics will be held in Paris from August 28 to September 8.
The opening ceremony of this competition is going to be held on the Seine River in Paris, and the Estade de France stadium will host the closing ceremony and the track and field competitions of this competition.
