The local authorities of Ghowr Province say that due to the flooding in this province, more than 50 people have died and thousands of acres of land have been destroyed.
According to Amac News: Today (Saturday, May 18), the Ghowr Province Police Command has published a newsletter and told the media that more than 50 people have died and dozens of others are missing due to floods in the center and districts of this province.
According to the newsletter, 2,000 residential houses have been completely destroyed and another 4,000 houses have been partially destroyed.
The news report continues that 2,500 shops in Firuzkoh have been completely destroyed.
According to the news report, several thousands of cattle and more than 50 vehicles were destroyed due to the flood in this province.
The news has emphasized that the floods in this province have destroyed hundreds of hectares of agricultural land, hundreds of bridges and overpasses, and thousands of productive and non-productive saplings.
