During the first quarter of 2024, the gross domestic product in the United States increased by 0.4% from the previous quarter, the agency continued.
It is also stated in the report that compared to the same quarter of the previous year, the gross domestic product increased by 3.0 percent.
The number of employed people in the first quarter of 2024 in the Eurozone increased by 0.3% and in the European Union by 0.2% compared to the previous quarter.
Compared to the same quarter last year, employment increased by 1.0% in the euro area and 0.7% in the EU in the first quarter of 2024.
