The Associated Press (AP) reported that the Dow Jones Industrial Average finished above the 40,000 level for the first time.

According to Amac News: The Dow rose 134.21 points, or 0.3 percent, to 40,003.59 a day after briefly crossing the 40,000 level for the first time.
According to the report, the S&P 500, the main index of Wall Street, rose 6.17 points, or 0.1%, to 5303.27.
The Associated Press has written that the Nasdaq Composite decreased by 12.35 points or 0.1% to 16685.97.
