The United Arab Emirates welcomed the decision of the International Court of Justice to impose additional temporary measures against Israel and called for an immediate halt to military operations in Rafah province and the escalation of the catastrophic humanitarian situation in the Gaza Strip.

According to Amac News: The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the UAE issued a statement while welcoming the decision of the International Court of Justice and stressed the need to achieve an immediate ceasefire, protect civilians, prevent further casualties and stop the escalation of tension in all areas of occupied Palestine.
In the statement of this ministry, the importance of reducing the very critical and deep humanitarian disaster that civilians in Gaza are facing due to Israel's continuous aggression on the Gaza Strip is emphasized.
The UAE continues to work with its international partners to intensify all efforts to ensure the arrival and distribution of aid through all available means, the statement said.
The ministry once again asked the international community to intensify regional and international efforts to achieve peace and a two-state solution.
