The Ministry of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan published a newsletter saying that the Iranian company is looking to build an oil refinery in Afghanistan.

According to Amac News: Officials of Iran's CGCI International Company have expressed their interest in investing in Afghanistan's oil and establishing a standard oil refining plant in the country in a meeting with Shahabuddin Delawar, Acting Minister of Mines and Petroleum of Afghanistan.
In this meeting, while welcoming this company, Delaware has assured the creation of facilities for foreign investors and the necessary cooperation with them.
