The caretaker government of Afghanistan published a newsletter on X and said that a regular meeting of the Economic Commission was held.

According to Amac News: This meeting was held under the chairmanship of Abdul Ghani Baradar Akhund, the economic deputy of the Prime Minister's Office, and the procedure for the temporary issuance of gold was approved.
In this meeting, the issues of granting national optical fiber licenses to new applicants, the use of "LED" lights instead of current lights in government institutions, and some other economic issues were discussed.
 In this meeting, the economic deputy of the Prime Minister's Office said that the procedure for the temporary export of gold was approved, which prevents the smuggling of Afghan gold to some extent.
