Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) has announced that Hamad Ali Abdullah Al Mahmoud, the head of this department, met with a delegation from Huawei Technology Company headed by Wharton Huang, Huawei's head of government and international affairs.
According to Amac News: Sharjah Economic Development Department (SEDD) said that the purpose of the meeting was to increase cooperation in modern technology after SEDD officials visited Huawei in China with the Sharjah government delegation.
Al Mahmoud emphasized the importance of holding meetings to strengthen cooperation to share experiences and organizational knowledge. The aim was to improve customer service, discuss digital development methods and create exceptional programs and systems to strengthen the emirate's position.
In this meeting, the latest technological solutions of Huawei and the advanced services provided by the Chinese delegation in the construction and management of cost-effective and high-performance data centers were discussed. Cloud solutions such as storage capabilities, supercomputers, networks and online services were also explored.
Additionally, the session covered Huawei's AI services that enhance digital transformation, user experience and proactive and innovative service delivery. The company's organizational resource management systems, which are among the best global systems in this sector, were also discussed.
In this meeting, the Internet of Things (IoT) technologies and their use in arranging the sites of economic institutions to transform Sharjah into a smart business center were discussed.
