Amna Bint Abdullah Al Dhak, Minister of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE) participated in the 10th meeting of BRICS Environment Ministers on behalf of the United Arab Emirates.

According to Amac News: The 10th meeting of the BRICS Ministers of Environment was held at the same time as the 14th meeting of the BRICS Ministers of Agriculture in Moscow, the capital of Russia.
Al Dhak emphasized the UAE's commitment to cooperate with the BRICS countries in joint food security initiatives and expanding food trade between the member countries.
During his participation in the 14th meeting of BRICS Ministers of Agriculture, the Minister of Agriculture emphasized the importance of fostering constructive dialogues to advance food security, strengthen trade and create sustainable food systems in all member countries.
During the 10th BRICS Environment Ministerial Meeting, MOCCAE Vice President Mohammad Saeed Al Naimi emphasized the UAE's national efforts to achieve net zero by 2050, as well as the country's initiatives to strengthen global climate action and protect the planet.
