The Central Bank of Afghanistan announced by publishing a newsletter that a delegation led by Hedayatullah Badri, the general manager of this bank, participated in the 22nd annual meeting of the Islamic Financial Services Board.

According to Amac News: In the newsletter of the Central Bank of Afghanistan, it is stated that this meeting was hosted by the country of Djibouti and the heads and representatives of 26 central banks of Islamic countries were present.
In this meeting, the criteria related to Islamic banking based on Shariah standards, better management of financial institutions and banks, the effect of digitalization of Islamic banking and the development of Islamic banking and financing at the international level have been discussed.
The expansion of sustainable economy, the value of endowment and zakat in the Islamic financial system, the proper use of the electronic system of the financial system and its importance in job creation were other issues that were discussed in this meeting.
