Ajman Bank has announced that it has signed a new cooperation agreement with Positive Zero in order to save money and carbon footprint.
According to Amac News: The bank said that by implementing fully funded energy efficiency solutions in its headquarters, it expects to save 28% in energy costs.
According to the bank, the cooperation agreement will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 752 tons annually, which is equivalent to planting 11,300 trees.
Positive Zero is a leader in decarbonizing businesses and communities in the Middle East through a range of on-site clean energy, energy efficiency and electric mobility solutions.
The project includes a 10-year Shared Energy Savings Performance Contract (SSEPC) delivered by the energy efficiency arm of Positive Zero (Taka Solutions), a leading provider of energy efficiency services in the region.
