Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council (SEC) has announced that this council has issued a decision to reform the organization of the Council of Elders.
According to Amac News: He said that in the council meeting, he discussed several issues related to monitoring the performance of the government and the development of its services in order to keep pace with the growth of the Emirate of Sharjah in its various sectors.
The council issued a decision amending SEC Decision No. 18 of 2017 on the establishment and organization of parent councils in Sharjah, affiliated to the Sharjah Regions Affairs Department.
This decision includes the amendment of the organizational regulations of the councils in order to reflect the development of their services and the activation of their role in different sectors.
The Council also reviewed the Smart Media Platform report, which provides a comprehensive media experience and aims to unify media work across government institutions and departments in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The platform provides a high level of professionalism in media work and simulates technical development through careful analysis of monitoring and data processes to serve the UAE's media goals and vision.
This report deals with the statistics of users of the smart media platform, which includes 58 government institutions. It also covers the number of training courses and introductory workshops on the platform, its working mechanism, proposed plans for the development of the platform and the most prominent results for local government bodies in the UAE.
