According to Amac News: In the announcement of the General Administration of Abu Dhabi Development Fund, it is stated that this was organized by the Secretariat of the Persian Gulf Cooperation Council in cooperation with the World Bank under the title "Cooperation and Integration in Sustainable Development" in Washington, the capital of the United States of America.
The meeting was held with the presence of heads and representatives of the Persian Gulf development funds, and the participants emphasized the importance of the pivotal role of Persian Gulf development institutions, banks and funds in shaping a sustainable future for developing countries.
The participants emphasized the impact of development institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries at the global and regional level and considered the opportunities available to maximize the impact of the development assistance provided by the Gulf countries to the world.
In this meeting, the importance of coordinating efforts to strengthen regional integration and providing effective support to vital sectors such as renewable energy, infrastructure and agriculture was discussed.
