According to the announcement, the evaluation operation includes commercial, residential and industrial properties, with commercial properties accounting for the largest share of the total valuation value of 338 million dirhams.
The July report includes personal valuation transactions and valuations for courts and institutions, in addition to long-term gold residence valuations for investors, which increased to 177 transactions, the release said. 45.7%, while their total value amounted to 374 million dirhams, which has grown by more than 47.8% compared to June.
