The Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has published a report that the number of certificates of origin issued by the Abu Dhabi Chamber between January and May 2024 increased by 23.8 percent compared to the same period last year.

According to Amac News: The report of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry states that this significant growth shows the expanding exports of Abu Dhabi, and this chamber emphasizes to strengthen business opportunities and increase the global commercial footprint of the UAE.
The transportation and storage sector has seen a significant increase of 78% between January and May 2024 compared to the same period in 2023.
The report states that the total value of the UAE's non-oil foreign trade with countries with which it has signed Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreements (CEPA) has exceeded 390 billion dirhams.
According to the report, the export patterns of non-oil goods from the United Arab Emirates currently cover a diverse global scope, and Asia is emerging as the main export destination, followed by the European Union and North America.
As of July 2024, the UAE has signed 12 CEPAs with countries at the regional and global levels, where there are ongoing discussions to establish new agreements with promising and critical markets.
