Sharjah Asset Management has announced that it has participated in the Asia Customer Service Week 2024 conference held in Singapore this year.

According to Amac News: Sharjah Asset Management said that this event witnessed the wide participation of international companies and organizations interested in customer service.
This conference is held with the aim of learning about the best global practices in this field and working on increasing customer service standards through awareness, training and reviewing the latest trends and innovations.
Salim Al Midfa, CEO of Sharjah Asset Management's Corporate Communications Department, said the conference is a valuable opportunity to learn about global best practices in providing strategic solutions for customer service.
