Sharjah Expo Center has announced by publishing a statement that the 54th edition of the Middle East Watch and Jewelry Exhibition (WJMES) has ended.

According to Amac News: In the statement of Expo Center Sharjah, it is stated that there were more than 80,000 visitors in this exhibition. This number of visitors has increased by 7% compared to the previous period.
The five-day exhibition was held with the support of the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) and hosted more than 900 exhibitors representing high-end companies and brands in luxury gold jewelry, exquisite watches and precious stones from around the world.
In the 54th edition, 90 new exhibitors from India, Mexico and East Asian countries participated alongside key participants from UAE, Italy, UK, USA, Russia, Singapore, China, Japan, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
The participants visited “Meriet Al-Mustaqbal”, the world's largest collection of gold jewelry, made of approximately 5 kg of 21-karat gold and valued at 2.5 million dirhams. In addition, the world's longest "Mertasha" with a size of 220 cm and a price of more than 2.3 million dirhams was displayed in this exhibition.
The exhibition included prominent participation of Emirati designers in the "Emirati Goldsmiths" pavilion. A group of 20 talented designers, including the youngest female contestant, showcased jewellery  inspired by the cultural heritage of the UAE, with modern influences and global trends.
This edition also featured the first pavilion of the Sharjah Business Women Council (SBWC), which showcased jewellery  made by its members and attracted considerable attention from the attendees.
