The UArE Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) has announced that it has signed a cooperation agreement with the Tajikistan Securities Market Development Agency.

According to this agreement, the two parties will cooperate to implement the rules and regulations applicable to listed joint ventures in their respective financial markets.
This agreement provides for the handling of complaints and reports of investors regarding unlicensed and shell companies, mutual coordination for the investigation of violations related to transactions in the securities markets and the procedures of non-compliant financial services companies.
