 Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, had a telephone conversation with the Secretary of State of the United States of America, Anthony Blinken.

According to Amac News: In this call, Bin Zayed and Blinken discussed recent developments in the Middle East region and efforts to achieve a comprehensive and sustainable ceasefire and improve the humanitarian situation.
Bin Zayed emphasized the efforts of the United States to work with key international partners to achieve a lasting ceasefire.
He added that the escalation of the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip requires urgent, coordinated and continuous efforts to address the urgent needs of civilians and provide humanitarian aid.
Ben Zayed and Blinken emphasized the importance of reducing tensions, confronting extremism and stopping the escalation of violence in the region and added that it is important to have a serious political path to resume negotiations with the aim of achieving comprehensive peace based on a two-state solution.
