ADNOC Logistics & Services Plc today announced that it has signed a deal worth $1.1-2.0 billion for a hybrid investment vehicle (HCI).

ADNOC Logistics and Services plc announced today that it has acquired 80% of the shares of Navig8 TopCo Holdings Inc. (Navig8) for $1.04 billion and is committed to acquiring the remaining 20 percent by mid-2027.
