The United Arab Emirates Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) announced that a light aircraft belonging to the Island Aviation Club crashed in the sea off the coast of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.

South Korean media reported on the morning of Sunday, December 29 that the explosion of a passenger plane at Moan Airport caused a massive fire and killed about 181 people.
