The Sharjah real estate market witnessed significant growth in 2024. The transaction volume reached 40 billion dirhams; a 48 percent increase compared to 2023.

The UAE real estate sector, as one of the key pillars of the country's economic growth, witnessed an increase in construction projects and infrastructure investments during 2024.

 The Sharjah Real Estate Registry has announced in a report that the volume of real estate transactions in the central and eastern regions of the emirate has reached 1.3 billion dirhams in the first nine months of 2024.
