The Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO), represented by its Regional Office in Sharjah, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Emirates Scholar Research Centre (ESRC), affiliated with the Emirates Foundation for Science and Research.
