ADNOC has announced its ambitious chemicals growth strategy with an agreement to acquire a 35% stake in ExxonMobil's proposed low-carbon hydrogen and ammonia production facility in Baytown, Texas, USA.

ADNOC said in a statement that it uses industry-leading artificial intelligence (AI)-enabled process optimization technology.
