The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has announced that the emirate recorded 1,531 real estate transactions in October this year, with a total value of AED 1.83 billion, reflecting a growth of over 4.57% compared to the same period in 2023.

Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulation Department announced the registration of real estate transactions worth 1.95 billion dirhams.

The Director General of the Ministry of Land and Real Estate Regulations said that the total number of real estate transactions in the UAE in August with total value of more than 57.1 billion AEDs reached 1,264.
