The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has announced that the emirate recorded 1,531 real estate transactions in October this year, with a total value of AED 1.83 billion, reflecting a growth of over 4.57% compared to the same period in 2023.

According to Amac News: Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director-General of the department, explained that the trading volume reached AED 1.33 billion from a total of 1,247 trading transactions, with 188 mortgage transactions recorded, amounting to AED 277 million.
Al Muhairi also noted that 'Al Jurf Industrial 1' recorded the highest sales value at AED 10 million.
He added that these figures reflect the positive growth of the real estate sector in Ajman, which has maintained strong performance and exceptional activity in several real estate projects. This success is attributed to diverse investment opportunities and growing demand for properties across various areas of the emirate.
