The Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ) and the Dubai Land Department (DLD) have announced that they are collaborating to support and facilitate the property technology (Proptech) sector.

Oraseya Capital, the investment arm of Dubai Integrated Economic Zones (DIEZ), has been identified as the most active investor by number of deals in the UAE for 2024, according to MAGNiTT, a UAE-Based venture capital data and analytics platform.
