Pioneering real estate division of Dubai Holding (Dubai Real Estate Holding) said that Nakheel, a member of this holding worth 270 million dirhams, has cooperated with the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA) in the development of two future substations in the Jebel Ali Palm Islands.

Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced that it has signed a Dh1.8 billion agreement with ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC to build the exclusive Como Residences tower in Palm Jumeirah.
