Nakheel, a member of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has announced that it has signed a Dh1.8 billion agreement with ALEC Engineering & Contracting LLC to build the exclusive Como Residences tower in Palm Jumeirah.

According to Amac News: Nakheel's announcement states that these 75-story residences, scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of 2028, are more than 300 meters high and offer only 81 residences.
