The total number of passengers using public transport, shared transport and taxis in Dubai during the 2025 New Year's Eve celebrations reached 2,502,474, Dubai's Road and Transport Authority (RTA) announced, representing a 9.3% increase from the 2,288,631 passengers recorded at the same time in last year

Dubai’s metro and tram services have achieved a 96% score on the International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS) for 2024. The services had scored 87.2 points in 2022 and 92.2 points in 2023.
