Dubai’s metro and tram services have achieved a 96% score on the International Customer Experience Standard (ICXS) for 2024. The services had scored 87.2 points in 2022 and 92.2 points in 2023.

According to Amac News: The Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) said the achievement reflects the commitment of the authority and the service operator, Qulis-MHI, to providing public transport services with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and operational quality.
The ICXS assessment measures factors such as customer-centric design, service quality, technology integration and real-time communications.
The RTA added that the accreditation shows that the RTA has exceeded global standards for public transport.
The CEO of Qulis-MHI also said that this achievement is an affirmation of their team's efforts to create a smooth and enjoyable experience for passengers.
