The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) and Austria’s OMV announced on Monday, March 3, that they will merge their stakes in Borouge plc and Borealis AG to create Borouge Group International.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) has announced that discussions are underway with OMV AG to create a new global polyolefins group by combining its existing stakes in Borouge plc and Borealis AG.
