Officials in the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the interim government of Afghanistan announced that work permits have been distributed to more than 65,000 people in the first eight months of the current solar year.

A tripartite meeting was held between the officials of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, the International Labor Organization and the Afghan Workers' Union.
