Afghanistan's Ministry of Mines and Petroleum says that officials of Com Group and Airil companies in Uzbekistan have met with Hedayatullah Badri, the head of the ministry.

The Office of the Economic Vice President of Afghanistan has published a newsletter and said that a number of Uzbek businessmen and investors are interested in investing in Afghanistan's mining sector in a meeting with Abdul Ghani Baradar.
