XRG and BP today announced that they have reached a financial agreement and launched a partnership called Arceus Energy as an international natural gas platform.

The Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC) announced the launch of XRG, an international investment company in low-carbon energy and chemicals, following approval by its board of directors.
