The Office of Artificial Intelligence Applications has announced that it has launched the "Artificial Intelligence Challenge" in collaboration with the UAE Digital Economy and Remote Work Office, MasterCard Center for Artificial Intelligence and Advanced Cyber ​​Technology in Dubai and First Bank of Abu Dhabi.

According to Amac News: The Office of Artificial Intelligence Applications said that this action is in line with the United Arab Emirates' strategy for artificial intelligence, this initiative seeks to strengthen the growth of the UAE's artificial intelligence landscape and create new opportunities for jobs and talents focused on artificial intelligence.
Saqr Binghalib, Executive Director of the United Arab Emirates Office of Artificial Intelligence Applications, Digital Economy and Remote Work, said the UAE government is focused on strengthening partnerships with leading technology companies, innovators and talents who seek to advance the path of progress and prosperity of the country.

The AI ​​Challenge is a natural extension of our innovation-driven partnerships with the UAE AI Applications, Digital Economy and Telework Bureau and FAB, based on our shared commitment to support the country's thriving startup scene.
The challenge invites Seed and Series A startups to propose innovative AI-based solutions in cyber security, generative AI in banking and finance, customer lifecycle management, productivity enhancement, emerging fintech and ESG.
The winner will receive a US$150,000 cash prize, access to global sponsorships, premium MasterCard events and assets, and fast-track enrollment in its award-winning global startup partnership program, Start Path.
Start Path helps startups grow their business through mentoring, innovation opportunities and engagement with a global network of banks, merchants, partners and digital technology company players.
Since 2014, MasterCard has supported more than 400 startups from 54 countries through Start Path, which have now secured more than $25 billion in post-program funding.
Last year, MasterCard launched the Advanced Artificial Intelligence and Cyber ​​Technology Center in Dubai in collaboration with the UAE Office of Artificial Intelligence Applications, Digital Economy and Remote Work. This project seeks to increase the capabilities and readiness of artificial intelligence in the region.
The global technology company also has a long-term partnership with FAB that focuses on co-creating disruptive high-tech products and services.
