The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) has announced that it has launched a winter relief campaign to help people affected by the cold and heavy snow in Kazakhstan.

According to Amac News: Based on the UAE state media, this campaign includes the distribution of relief aid to 7,500 people in the regions of North Kazakhstan, East Kazakhstan, Pavlodar, Kazakhstan, Karaganda and Abay.
The aid provided includes winter clothing, food packages, and other essentials for vulnerable groups such as people with disabilities, orphans, children, the elderly, and low-income families.
This initiative is part of the UAE Red Crescent's wider efforts to provide winter aid to various countries and alleviate the challenges faced by vulnerable communities in extreme weather conditions.
The organization emphasized that this year's program focuses on expanding its reach to more people in need in several countries.
