The ministry's report states that this year's meeting will be held under the title "Accreditation: Empowering Tomorrow and Shaping the Future".
These meetings, which continue until July 18, are attended by representatives of 65 national accreditation bodies in the Asia-Pacific region, along with international experts in accreditation and conformity assessment.

According to him, industrial productivity increased by 27% by the end of 2023. This made the industrial sector worth 205 billion dirhams to become the second share in the country's GDP, which represents a 55% increase compared to 2020.
He added that the UAE ranks first in the region and 11th globally in the Sustainable Development Index of the Quality of Infrastructure of the United Nations (UNIDO) and the International Network and Infrastructure Quality (I Net QI).
