According to Amac News: ADNEC Group's announcement states that Royal Catering Services LLC is a catering service provider based in Abu Dhabi.
Royal Catering has more than 2,500 employees and the capacity to produce more than 50,000 meals per day, serving key industries such as energy, defense, healthcare and education.
Royal Catering will join ADNEC's growing Capital Catering business, making the combined entity one of the largest and most competitive catering providers in the Abu Dhabi market.
Royal Catering has expanded Capital Catering's industry focus from aviation, defense and healthcare and is increasing its production capacity by adding several high-quality catering facilities to its asset base.
With ADNEC's proven leadership and extensive industry experience, this partnership will enhance ADNEC's ability to deliver high-quality services, capitalize on new market opportunities and improve profitability through synergies.
This milestone is an important step in ADNEC's broader growth plan, which includes actively targeting high-potential sectors for development.
