According to the announcement, for the first time, the UAE participated in this exclusive congress with a space pavilion and presented the latest milestones and key projects in the national space sector.
The UAE Space Pavilion has seen significant engagement, welcoming dignitaries and more than 4,000 visitors from around the world, including astronauts, scientists, researchers and officials from space agencies.
The UAE Space Pavilion at IAC 2024 also won the "Best Design" award, the announcement said.
The UAE Space Pavilion at IAC brings together public and private organizations including the UAE Space Agency, Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Center, Technology Innovation Institute (TII), National Center for Space Science and Technology, Academy of Astronomy, as well as the Dubai Air Show.
