Federal Government Human Resources (FAHR) has published a report that federal government employees have completed 8,284,000 self-service HR procedures through Bayanati's information management system since its launch in 2013 through the end of the first half of this year.

According to Amac News: FAHR Director General Leila Obaid Al Suwaidi said about the importance of self-service of this system that this system has simplified human resource processes for employees and federal departments.
According to him, this system enables employees to manage their human resources needs independently and efficiently.
According to al-Suwaidi, over 8,284,000 procedures were completed in 11 years, of which 436,000 were recorded in the first half of 2024 alone.
Launched in 2014, FAHR Smart App is continuously updated to incorporate the latest technology and enhance its services.
The app has facilitated approximately 1,033,000 HR self-service procedures and has been downloaded over 190,000 times.
The app allows employees to manage their HR tasks 24/7 from anywhere in the world.
Currently, 49 ministries and federal institutions use the "statement" system, with another 18 institutions linked to it.
FAHR continues to innovate with recent updates including advanced features for managing individual development plans and extended leave requests.
The program supports various services such as electronic signatures for ministerial contracts, performance evaluations, and electronic work cards.
