According to
Amac News: Based on the DAE announcement, the Enterprises and its related affiliates have released their claims against the insurers and underwriters, according to a statement from DAE.
DAE has now received a total of $319 million, including settlements due in 2023 with certain parties, over seven aircraft.
DAE said it will continue to pursue its claims in the UK courts under its insurance policies. DAE will also continue its efforts to mitigate losses related to aircraft previously leased to Russian airlines.
