The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan announced by publishing a newsletter that the head of this ministry had a discussion with the Iranian delegation about Afghanistan's mines.

According to Amac News: The Ministry of Industry and Trade says that Nooruddin Azizi, acting head of the ministry, met with the Iranian delegation led by Gholamreza Najari, the country's deputy ambassador in Kabul, on the sidelines of the opening of the national and international exhibition of Industry Week.
Based on the news, in this meeting, there was a discussion about the opening of the "Iranian Engineering System Office in the Mining Sector" in Afghanistan and providing a training ground for Afghan engineers in Iran.
The ministry says that in this meeting, the Minister of Industry and Trade has introduced a technical delegation to the Iranian delegation in order to take practical steps and open this office, as well as to sign a memorandum of cooperation with Iran in the field of exploration and mining in Afghanistan.
