The World Food Program said that 500,000 people will receive food and cash aid from the European Union, and 250,000 pregnant and lactating women and 140,000 children will be provided with nutritious food.

The World Health Organization added that medical equipment includes kits for cholera, pneumonia, measles, operations and dressings.
According to this organization, the donated equipment and medicine provide essential health services to 4,000 patients.
This aid is provided while a number of medical centers in different regions of the country have been blocked due to the cut off of financial aid.
