The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Afghanistan announced by publishing a newsletter that the head of this ministry met and discussed with the president of Tatarstan and high-ranking officials of this country regarding business development.

According to Amac News: The Ministry of Industry and Trade says that Nouruddin Azizi, the acting head of the ministry, met and discussed with Tatarstan President Rostam Minikhanov, Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Russia, and Tatarstan Minister of Industry and Trade Olig Kurobchinkov on the sidelines of the Kazan economic meeting.
According to the newsletter of the Ministry of Industry, in this meeting, the two sides discussed bilateral trade and the visit of the President of Tatarstan to Kabul.
It is stated in the newsletter that Azizi discussed the creation of the Russian Chamber of Commerce in Afghanistan, investment in electricity production, water transfer, mines and the transit of Russian export goods to Afghanistan and South Asia via the Volga route.
