Thales Group, a French company active in the fields of aerospace, space, defense, security and transportation, announced that it is set to launch a strategic project to establish a radar manufacturing facility in the United Arab Emirates.

The UAE-based company EDGE and Indra Sistemas, a leading Spanish multinational company in information technology and defense systems operating in more than 140 countries, have agreed to establish a joint venture called "PULSE" in Abu Dhabi.
