The Russian agricultural export development center, Agroexport, announced that Russia’s grain exports reached its highest level in 2024, at 72 million tons.
Russia’s grain exports hit 72 million tons in 2024
According to Amac News: The center reported that Russia’s grain exports last year amounted to 72 million tons, compared to 68.6 million tons in 2023.
Meanwhile, Rusagrotrans, a Russian company active in the field of agricultural transport and logistics, predicted that by 2030, Russia’s grain exports could exceed 75 million tons and be worth more than $17 billion.
The company estimated that wheat accounts for almost 80 percent of the total export value, while corn and barley represent 10 percent and 9 percent of this amount, respectively.
