The General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs (GDRFA) in Dubai has announced its revised official working hours for the month of Ramadan.

According to Amac News, clients can avail services at the main headquarters in Al Juffair, as well as at Al Manara and Al Tawar centres and overseas centres affiliated to GDRFA Dubai from 9am to 5pm, except on Fridays when the opening hours will be from 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm.
In addition, Dubai GDRFA services will be available 24/7 at the Customer Happiness Centre – Airport Services (Terminal 3), and services will also be available via smart apps and the official website.
Meanwhile, the Al Aweer Customer Happiness Centre will operate from 7am to 5pm during the week.
GDRFA Dubai also stressed its commitment to facilitating access to services through communication channels, saying that clients can contact the Amer Call Center via the toll-free number 8005111, which is available 24 hours a day for answers and assistance during the month of Ramadan.
