ADNOC has announced that it has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Emirates Talent Competition Council (ETCC), which is responsible for the Nafis Leadership Program.

As part of this agreement, employment and training opportunities will be provided to UAE nationals in Al Dhafra area throughout this year.
In addition, 1,000 professional training opportunities are offered by ADNOC for UAE University graduates in private companies active in ADNOC's supply chain through the Nafis Internship Program.
The partnership builds on the achievements of ADNOC's Intrinsic Value (ICV) program, which has created 11,500 jobs for UAE nationals in the private sector since its launch in 2018.
The new agreement will bring the total number of private sector jobs created by ADNOC to 25,000. across its supply chain by 2028 as it accelerates UAE talent development and expands the reach of its ICV program.
In recent years, Nafis and ADNOC have signed several agreements focusing on creating highly skilled jobs for UAE talent in ADNOC's supply chain.
