Officials in the National Development Company of Afghanistan announce the doubling of the production of Ghori cement factory in Pul Khumri city, Baghlan province.

Abdul Vakil Qayyomi, financial and administrative vice president of Ghori cement factory, says that currently 820 people are working in this factory in three shifts.
The first cement factory of Ghori was built as the only cement factory in Afghanistan with a production capacity of 400 tons of cement per day in 1341 with the help of former Czechoslovak engineers.
